Local roots, straight answers
I grew up around Lake Norman, graduated from Lake Norman High School, and went on to East Carolina University. Before real estate, I worked in social media marketing. Today I use that background to market homes and to put out useful local content, including on my YouTube channel.
I built this site because Statesville buyers and sellers deserve a local resource that tells them the truth. That means real neighborhoods, real numbers, and advice that isn't just "now's a great time to buy." Statesville is a great value market, but it's not the same as Mooresville or the lake. Pricing, timelines and negotiation all work a little differently here, and I'll tell you how.
